Airport
McCarran International Airport is located four (4) miles east of Allegiant Stadium. Taking rideshare or public transit are the most convenient forms of transportation between Allegiant Stadium and McCarran International Airport. For more information please visit www.mccarran.com.

Away Game Ticket Information
The Las Vegas Raiders do not sell tickets to games played on the road. For away game tickets, contact the host club and venue directly or check Ticketmaster.com. Please note, prices may exceed face value on Ticketmaster.com. The Las Vegas Raiders are not responsible for tickets sold to any games at other NFL stadiums.

Bag Policy
- Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
- Small clutch bags, 4.5” x 6.5” x 2” can be taken into the stadium with one of the approved clear bags
An exception will be made for any necessary medical items after proper inspection at entry. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. Bottles, Cans, and Beverage Containers
Bottles, cans, and hard-sided beverage containers of any kind are prohibited from entering Allegiant Stadium. A security screening will be conducted at the entries to prevent these items from entering the stadium.
Box Office
The Ticketmaster Box Office at Allegiant Stadium is located on the Northeast corner of the stadium. To contact the Box Office, please call (725) 780-2100.
Broadcast
TV:
Local TV programming by all major networks: ABC13, CBS8, NBC3, and FOX5. FOX5 is the Official Broadcast Home of the Las Vegas Raiders. Out-of-Market TV coverage provided by Nexstar Broadcasting, Corp whose markets include Los Angeles, CA, the Bay Area, Salt Lake City, UT, Honolulu, HI, and Bakersfield, CA. In addition to Nexstar, KNSN-TV (Reno, NV) will provide TV coverage for Northern Nevada. Finally, TV coverage in Alaska is provided through Coastal Television Broadcasting Company, LLC with markets in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau.
Radio:
Local Flagship Radio network, Lotus Broadcasting Corp: KOMP 92.3 The Rock Station and Raider Nation Radio 920AM. Out of-Market Radio coverage, via Compass Media Network, whose markets include Reno, NV; San Francisco, CA; Oakland, CA; Sacramento, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA and Salt Lake City, UT.

Cameras and Video Cameras
Hand-held binoculars and small still cameras with lenses less than 6” in length are permitted into Allegiant Stadium. Video and movie cameras are NOT permitted into Allegiant Stadium without proper media credentials. Photos cannot be used for any commercial purpose. Camera bags and binocular cases are prohibited from entering Allegiant Stadium. For more information, please see BAG POLICY or PROHIBITED ITEMS.
Cash to Card Kiosks
Allegiant Stadium is a cashless venue. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations. Guests may convert their cash to a debit card by using one of the Cash to Card kiosks located throughout the stadium. Any remaining balance on the debit card can be used at locations where debit payments are accepted.

Code of Conduct
Help us create a safe and friendly environment for all guests at Allegiant Stadium!
We expect all who enter Allegiant Stadium and the surrounding parking lots to adhere to this Code. Failure to follow this Code may result in ejection from Allegiant Stadium, revocation of ticket privileges, and/or arrest. Season Ticket Members have the right to sell or transfer tickets through verified channels. Season Ticket Members transferring or selling tickets on non-verified platforms will be held responsible for the actions of those using their tickets.
The following actions are violations of the Guest Code of Conduct:
- Fighting, taunting, instigating or encouraging any action that may harm, endanger, threaten, or bring discomfort to anyone.
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin.
- Any action that causes a disruption, creates an unsafe environment or interferes with the game including throwing or dropping any object in the stadium.
- Actions that impair others’ ability to enjoy the event, including mistreatment of other guests, verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontation, intimidation, or threatening and irresponsible behavior.
- Unreasonably obstructing the view of other guests.
- Failure to follow the directions of staff and/or law enforcement, including refusal to produce proof of ticket or refusal to submit to security screening inclusive of physical searches prior to entering.
- Sitting in a location other than your ticketed seat, any unauthorized use of disabled seating areas, lingering in aisles, stairways, or unauthorized areas of the stadium.
- Possession or consumption of illegal or prohibited drugs or substances.
- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment or substance abuse that results in irresponsible behavior.
- Smoking inside the stadium, including the use of vaporizers and e-cigarettes. In accordance with The Nevada Clean Air Indoor Act, Allegiant Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the stadium.
- Possession of any item listed on the Allegiant Stadium Prohibited Items List.
- Clothing that is deemed offensive, obscene, or inappropriate by staff.
- Damage, destruction, vandalism, or theft of any property.
Prepaid parking passes are required in all lots, and parking spaces are available only for guests attending the event. Tailgating ends at the start of the event. There is no loitering or tailgating in Allegiant Stadium parking areas during or after the event. Those participating in these activities are subject to ejection from the stadium, parking lot, revocation of event tickets, citation and/or arrest for trespassing. All Allegiant Stadium parking lots are cleared one hour after the end of the event.
Guests that are found in violation of the Code of Conduct may be required to take a four-hour online conduct course and pay a fine in order to re-enter the stadium for future events.
Code of Conduct Violations
All Code of Conduct violations are recorded on the account of record, regardless of the offender. Any guest found in violation may be subject to a $250 fine and a 4-hour Code of Conduct course. Repeat offenders or accounts may result in the loss of ticket or event attendance privileges.
Community Relations Department
The Las Vegas Raiders Community Relations department strives to enrich the community through impactful programs and outreach. The department is dedicated to upholding the integrity and teamwork exemplified by the Raiders organization, both on and off the field.
Concessions
Silver and Black Hospitality provides food, beverage, and specialty catering services throughout Allegiant Stadium.

Drones
The use of drones, unmanned aircraft vehicles, or any remote-controlled aircraft on Allegiant Stadium property, including parking lots is strictly prohibited. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

Event Space Rentals
Allegiant Stadium is a full-service entertainment facility with versatile indoor and outdoor spaces that is available for rent year-round for corporate and social events. For more information, please email privateevents@allegiantstadium.com.
Exit and Re-entry Policy
Allegiant Stadium is a no re-entry facility. Once a guest has exited the facility, their ticket will not be valid for entry again.

Flex Scheduling
The NFL utilizes flexible scheduling for games during Weeks 5-17. These games are eligible to be moved into different time slots. Season ticket holders will be notified of any changes via an e-mail from the team. Game time changes will also be posted on the team and stadium websites.

In-Kind Donation Requests & Fan Packs
The Raiders are committed to serving a wide range of non-profit organizations in support of the many worthwhile charitable causes within the Raider Nation. The Raiders are dedicated to assisting non-profit organizations in a variety of ways, including the donation of memorabilia items that are used to enhance fundraising efforts.

Junior Raiderettes
The Junior Raiderettes program offers an opportunity for children to learn and perform alongside The Raiderettes in a non-competitive and exciting environment. Juniors, ages 6-14, with all dance and cheerleading ability, are encouraged to participate – auditions are not required! Learn more about the Junior Raiderettes Program here.

Laser Pointers
Laser pointers and similar items are prohibited. Anyone who is observed using a laser pointer will be ejected from Allegiant Stadium and the device will be confiscated. Any confiscated laser pointer will be turned over to law enforcement and will not be returned.
Lost and Found
During events, any items found should be turned into the Guest Experience Headquarters located on the main concourse next to the Ford North Entry. On non-event days, please call (725) 780-2300. Lost and found items will be held for 30 days after the event. Any unclaimed items after 30 days will be disposed of or donated to a charitable organization.

Merchandise (The Raider Image)
The Raider Image is the OFFICIAL TEAM STORE for the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raider Image operates 14 locations in Nevada and California, as well as the official online store for the Raiders and the flagship store at Allegiant Stadium.
The Raider Image offers the ability to Buy Online, ‘Pick Up in Store’, and ‘Pick Up in Locker’ at Allegiant Stadium. The online store can be found at raiders.com/shop.
On gameday you will find three (3) stores and nine (9) portable locations to find just the right Raiders item to mark your visit to Allegiant Stadium.

Notice of Search
To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guests and their belongings will be subject to a courteous security screening upon entry. Guests that refuse the search will not be admitted. By presenting your ticket or credential to the security staff, you are consenting to such inspections and waive any related claim that you may have against the Las Vegas Raiders, ASM Global, the City of Las Vegas, the NFL, or any of their respective affiliates or agents.

- Binoculars (Binocular cases are not permitted inside the stadium)

- Breast pump and feeding supplies
- Medical supplies
- Small handheld TV’s and radios
All patrons and items entering Allegiant Stadium are subject to search. Refusal of this search will result in non-admittance into Allegiant Stadium. Management is not responsible for items left behind at the entries or items lost, damaged, or stolen.
Prohibited Items
- Any bag larger than 12” x 12” x 6”
- Clear bags less than 12” x 12” x 6” are permitted
- A purse or clutch less than 6.5” x 4.5” x 2” is permitted
- Aerosol cans, including mace, pepper spray, hair spray, etc.
- Audio or visual recording devices, including GoPro, Google Glass, etc.
- Balloons and other inflatables
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, hoverboards and segways
- Commercial audio or video recording equipment
- Drones and unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAV)
- Fireworks and missile-like objects
- Hard-sided containers, including bottles, cans, flasks, coolers and thermoses
- Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Inappropriate or offensive attire or signage, including gang insignia, obscenities, inflammatory statements and any threatening or taunting messages
- Laptops, tablets, personal computers, or two-way radios
- Laser lights, strobes, flashlights or any other visual impairment device
- Noisemakers of any kind, including air horns, bells, bullhorns, thundersticks, whistles, and vuvuzelas
- Non-service animals
- Outside food or beverages, including liquids of any kind
- Portable chairs, seat cushions, child seats, and strollers
- Projectiles, including balls and frisbees
- Sticks, poles, clubs, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or similar objects
- Umbrellas larger than 12” in length
- Weapons of any kind, including any sharp object
- Any item deemed by Allegiant Stadium management to be dangerous, inappropriate or disruptive to other guests’ enjoyment of the event

Raiderettes
The Raiderettes have been ambassadors for the Raiders Organization for more than 50 years. The squad is recognized world-wide, donning their traditional white boots and iconic silver and black uniform. In addition to entertaining guests at every home game, the Raiderettes work year-round in the community appearing at hundreds of charitable and corporate events per year. Retractable Doors
One of the key design elements of Allegiant Stadium are the retractable doors, also known as the Lanai Doors. These doors are located on the North side of the stadium and open to the iconic Las Vegas Strip. It takes approximately nine minutes to move the doors from open to close. The Lanai Doors will be open for select events.

Allegiant Stadium and The Raiders reserve the right to revoke the season tickets of those individuals whose conduct is determined to be inappropriate, including but not limited to any violation of the Code of Conduct, any other Allegiant Stadium policy, or applicable law. Please be aware that the season ticket member is accountable for the conduct of his/her guest.
