Accessibility (ADA)

Allegiant Stadium and the Las Vegas Raiders are committed to providing a first-class experience for all of our guests, including guests with disabilities. Allegiant Stadium is accessible by guests with disabilities and dedicated team members are available to work with you in order to provide reasonable accommodations for your visit at Allegiant Stadium. To speak with someone regarding accommodations, assistance, or questions prior to your visit, please contact our Guest Experience department at guestexperience@raiders.com.

Entry: Guests with disabilities may enter the stadium via an accessible entry lane.

Tickets: ADA accessible seating is available throughout Allegiant Stadium as depicted in the seating chart below. Tickets for accessible seating at Allegiant Stadium are available on TICKETMASTER.COM – the official ticketing partner of the Raiders and Allegiant Stadium.

Allegiant Stadium provides ADA seating areas comprised of accessible locations with immediately adjacent companion seating. Subject to availability, guests requiring accessible seating may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same row and contiguous with the accessible seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the accessible seat will be offered, if available. If the overall ticket limit is less than four (4) tickets per person for an event, then the lower ticket limit applies.

If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, Guest Experience staff may be able to assist you by relocating your ticket to an ADA seating area. All relocations are provided on a first-come-first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Please contact the Box Office should you have any questions or require any assistance purchasing tickets. Tickets are subject to availability.

Harry Reid International Airport is located four (4) miles east of Allegiant Stadium. Taking rideshare, taxi or public transit are the most convenient forms of transportation between Allegiant Stadium and Harry Reid International Airport.

Alcohol Policy

The following alcohol related policies are meant to help promote safe and responsible alcohol consumption at Allegiant Stadium:

  • Alcohol is not permitted to enter or leave the facility
  • Any guests who exhibit visible signs of impairment will not be permitted into Allegiant Stadium
  • All guests appearing thirty (30) years or younger will be required to show proof of age for alcohol purchases
  • Acceptable forms of valid identification for alcohol beverage purchase are: United States driver's license, State Issued ID with photo, Military ID with photo, Passport ID card, Mexican Consular card
  • There is a limit of two (2) alcoholic drinks per person, per transaction at all times
  • A guest may not purchase or be in possession of more than two (2) alcoholic beverages at any one time
  • Alcohol will not be served to any underage person or visibly impaired guest
  • It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21, (each individual guest must have valid ID as proof they are 21 or older), to purchase or be in possession of alcoholic beverages
  • Alcohol service ends at the end of the 3rd quarter for football events and 30-minutes before the scheduled end of the event for non-football events
  • Guests of a legal drinking age (21 years or older) can pledge to be a Responsible Fan. For more information, please see RESPONSIBILITY HAS ITS REWARDS.
  • Allegiant Stadium management reserves the right to refuse service
  • Alcohol service may be discontinued earlier at the discretion of management

Bag Check

Allegiant Stadium offers three (3) bag check locations. There is a $20 non-refundable charge per bag checked and payment is cashless. Debit/credit and mobile payment, such as Apple or Google Pay, are accepted forms of payment. Bag check opens the same time stadium entries open and closes one (1) hour post-event. Bags remaining after bag check closes will be returned to lost and found. For more information, please see LOST AND FOUND.

  • Bags must be clear (plastic, vinyl or PVC) and must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
  • Small clutch bags, 4.5” x 6.5” x 2” can be taken into the stadium with or without one of the approved clear bags

An exception will be made for any necessary medical items after proper inspection at entry. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, tinted/colored bags, hard-sided bags, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. Bicycle Parking

For those who intend to ride their bicycle to Allegiant Stadium, bike racks are conveniently located in Lot B and outside the America First Credit Union Southwest Entry and Southeast Entry. Bike locks, chains, padlocks, etc. are not provided, so please bring your own equipment to secure your bicycle. Allegiant Stadium shall not be responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss to bicycles or any other articles left on the bike or around the bike rack area.

In addition, there are designated bike lanes within our footprint that are recommended safety lanes to help protect and direct cyclists to the bike parking locations.

Bottles, Cans, and Beverage Containers

Hard-sided bottles, cans, and beverage containers of any kind are prohibited from entering Allegiant Stadium. Empty, soft-sided water bottles are permitted. A security screening will be conducted at the entries to prevent these items from entering the stadium.

Broadcast

TV: Local TV programming by all major networks: ABC13, CBS8, NBC3, and FOX5. FOX5 is the Official Broadcast Home of the Las Vegas Raiders. Out-of-Market TV coverage provided by Nexstar Broadcasting, Corp whose markets include Los Angeles, CA, the Bay Area, Salt Lake City, UT, Honolulu, HI, and Bakersfield, CA. In addition to Nexstar, KNSN-TV (Reno, NV) will provide TV coverage for Northern Nevada. Finally, TV coverage in Alaska is provided through Coastal Television Broadcasting Company, LLC with markets in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau.

Camera Cart

Due to the television broadcast, a Chapman Cart (camera cart) will move up and down the home and/or visiting sidelines throughout the game.

Cameras and Video Cameras

Handheld and/or still cameras with lenses less than 6” in length, when fully extended, are permitted into Allegiant Stadium. Professional grade cameras, including those with detachable lenses, are prohibited. Tripods, monopods, “selfie sticks”, and camera bags are also prohibited. Video and movie cameras are not permitted, without proper media credentials. Photos cannot be used for any commercial purposes. This policy is subject to change without notice.

Cash-to-Card Kiosks

Allegiant Stadium is a cashless venue. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations. Guests may convert their cash to a debit card by using one of the Cash-to-Card kiosks located throughout the stadium. Any remaining balance on the debit card can be used at locations where debit payments are accepted.

Children's Ticket Policy

Children under 24 months do not need a ticket to enter Allegiant Stadium, provided that they are seated on a parent’s or guardian’s lap, and do not interfere with the sightlines of others. Children must have a ticket to receive a promotional item. Occasionally, for non-NFL events, another policy may be in place.

CLEAR Entry Lanes

The Las Vegas Raiders are partnering with CLEAR to help fans get into the action faster at Allegiant Stadium. Code of Conduct

Help us create a safe and friendly environment for all guests at Allegiant Stadium!

We expect all who enter Allegiant Stadium and the surrounding parking lots to adhere to this Code. Failure to follow this Code may result in denial of entry, ejection, revocation of ticket privileges, and/or arrest all without any refund. Personal Seat License Members have the right to sell or transfer tickets through verified channels. Personal Seat License Members transferring or selling tickets on non-verified platforms will be held responsible for the actions of those using their tickets.

The following actions are violations of the guest Code of Conduct:

  • Fighting, taunting, instigating, inciting, or encouraging any action that may harm, endanger, threaten, or bring discomfort to anyone.
  • Use of foul, abusive, or obscene language and/or gestures, including the use of language or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin.
  • Any action that is illegal, unruly, causes a disruption, creates an unsafe environment, or interferes with the event, including throwing or dropping any object on the field or performance area, entering restricted areas, or any conduct deemed inappropriate or dangerous to fans, players, participants, officials, or stadium staff.
  • Actions that impair others’ ability to enjoy the event, including mistreatment of other guests, physical or verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontation, intimidation, or threatening and irresponsible behavior
  • Unreasonably obstructing the view of other guests.
  • Failure to follow the directions of staff or law enforcement, including refusal to produce proof of ticket, valid event credential or refusal to submit to security screening inclusive of physical searches prior to entering.
  • Sitting in a location other than one’s ticketed seat, any unauthorized use of disabled seating areas, accessing spaces not permitted by one’s ticket, lingering in aisles, stairways, or unauthorized areas of the stadium.
  • Possession or consumption of illegal or prohibited drugs or substances.
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment or substance impairment.
  • Smoking inside the stadium, including the use of vaporizers and e-cigarettes. In accordance with the Nevada Clean Air Indoor Act, Allegiant Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the stadium.
  • Possession of any item listed on the ALLEGIANT STADIUM PROHIBITED ITEMS LIST.
  • All guests in attendance are required to wear clothing (i.e., shirt, pants, and shoes for safety). Nudity, partial nudity, body paint and pasties are prohibited. Any action deemed to be indecent exposure and/or clothing that is deemed offensive, obscene, or displays offensive text and/or images is prohibited. Allegiant Stadium management reserves the right to deny entry or eject guests based on these requirements.
  • There is no loitering or tailgating in stadium parking areas during or after the event. All stadium parking lots are cleared one hour after the end of the event.
  • Damage, destruction, vandalism, or theft of any property.
  • Failure to identify one’s self to stadium staff or law enforcement upon request.
  • Any action in violation of any local, state, or federal laws or NFL, Raiders, or Allegiant Stadium policies.

Guests that violate the Code of Conduct (i) may be required to take an online conduct course and pay a course fee in order to re-enter the stadium for future events and (ii) are subject to other penalties, including being trespassed from the stadium, and any additional action deemed necessary by law enforcement.

Allegiant Stadium Prohibited Items List

Code of Conduct Violations

All Code of Conduct violations are recorded on the account of record, regardless of the offender. In addition to other penalties, any guest found in violation may be subject to a $250 fine and a four-hour Code of Conduct course. Repeat offenders or offending Personal Seat License Member accounts may result in the loss of tickets or event attendance privileges or any other recourse determined by stadium staff in its sole discretion.

Ejection and Denied Entry

The Las Vegas Raiders and Allegiant Stadium Management, in their sole discretion, may refuse admission to or eject any ticket holder who is disorderly, uses vulgar or abusive language, throws objects, fights, impairs others' ability to enjoy the event, attempts to enter the playing field or any restricted area, or who fails to comply with any Allegiant Stadium policies, or the terms printed on the reverse side of any admission ticket without any refund. Additionally, when appropriate, revocation of season ticket privileges or arrest by law enforcement authorities will occur. By using any admission ticket and entering Allegiant Stadium, the ticket holder expressly agrees to the terms and conditions printed on the reverse side of the ticket. Please note that unauthorized sales activities of any kind are strictly prohibited within Allegiant Stadium. Failure to comply will result in ejection.

ETFE Roof

Allegiant Stadium incorporates a transparent, fixed roof, using ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene), a durable and lightweight co-polymer resin that allows guests to enjoy natural lighting within a regulated indoor environment year-round.

Evacuation

Should there be an immediate need to evacuate Allegiant Stadium, instructions will be given via the Public Address System. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the two exits nearest to your seats.

Flags and Signs

Flags and signs are allowed during events at Allegiant Stadium as long as:

  • They do not exceed: Flags 3' x 5', Posters 2' x 3'
  • They do not obstruct the sightline of other guests
  • They are not in the field of play
  • They do not cover up existing signage
  • They are not commercial in nature
  • They do not contain obscene or inflammatory language
  • They are not paraded around Allegiant Stadium

Allegiant Stadium management reserves the right to prohibit or remove any flags or signs at any time.

There are three (3) Intermountain Health First Aid locations at Allegiant Stadium. They are located at sections 120, 142, and 332.

Fireworks

Fireworks and any other pyrotechnic devices are prohibited in and around the stadium. Possession or use of these items will result in ejection from Allegiant Stadium.

Flag Program

Military personnel and families interested in having their flags flown over Allegiant Stadium can mail them to the address below. Please fill out the AMERICAN FLAG PROGRAM RELEASE FORM and mail it along with your flag.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for the flag to be returned with a letter confirming the flyover date (5 ft x 8 ft. American Flags only).

Flex Scheduling

The NFL utilizes flexible scheduling for games during Weeks 5-17. These games are eligible to be moved into different time slots. Season ticket holders will be notified of any changes via an e-mail from the team. Game time changes will also be posted on the team and stadium websites.

MOBILE ORDERING

Mobile Ordering is currently available with the Raiders + Allegiant Stadium app for in-seat delivery in select sections during Raiders home games. There is a menu with food and drink options for club sections (C131-137 and C109-115). Silver & Black Hospitality (Levy), the food and beverage partner at Allegiant Stadium, is offering fundraising opportunities for local non-profit organizations. Have fun and raise money at Raiders games, UNLV games, major concerts, and other events.

Game Ball Policy

Pursuant to NFL policy, all footballs are the property of the NFL and its member clubs. Any ball that enters the stands during pre-game/mid-game warm-ups or game-play must be returned to the field or a stadium official immediately upon demand. Failure to abide by this policy will result in immediate ejection from Allegiant Stadium and potential further discipline.

Las Vegas Monorail

The Las Vegas Monorail operates along a 3.9-mile route from the SAHARA Las Vegas Station to the MGM Grand Station. MGM Grand Station is the closest station to Allegiant Stadium. Shade Structures/Tents

Your safety and enjoyment are important to us during your visit. Please be advised increased wind speeds are a regular occurrence in the vicinity of the stadium. For this reason, we ask all tailgating guests to:

  • Weigh down all tents and canopies with appropriate ballast.
  • Keep all coal and wood-burning grills covered when not actively using.
  • Pre-plan to secure all loose items should wind gusts occur.
  • All temporary setup must be broken down and secured for any wind speeds over 20 miles per hour.

Smoking inside the stadium, including the use of vaporizers and e-cigarettes is prohibited. In accordance with The Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act, Allegiant Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the stadium.

Strollers are prohibited from entering Allegiant Stadium. Strollers can be checked in at bag check for $20.00.

There are 143 Premium Suites at Allegiant Stadium. The different types of suites are:

Will Call

Will Call is located at the Ticketmaster Box Office at Allegiant Stadium. Guests must show photo identification at Will Call in order to pick up tickets. For Will Call to release the tickets, the name on the photo identification must match the name under which the tickets are left.

Raiders Gameday: Will Call opens four (4) hours prior to kickoff and closes at the end of halftime.

Wheelchair Services

Allegiant Stadium offers wheelchair escort services for guests with disabilities. A wheelchair escort is available for guests who need to use an Allegiant Stadium wheelchair for assistance to and from the gate and the guest's seating location. Escort services are not available for guests who bring their own wheelchair or other mobility device to Allegiant Stadium, as Allegiant Stadium staff are not permitted to push guests in their own personal wheelchair. In addition, the escort service is strictly limited between the gate and the guest's seat inside Allegiant Stadium. Staff is not permitted to escort guests to the restrooms, concession stands, parking lots, or other areas in or around Allegiant Stadium. Wheelchair assistance must be requested onsite and is on a first come first serve basis. Please visit the nearest Guest Experience location within Allegiant Stadium to request a wheelchair escort.

We do not offer mobility device storage. Allegiant Stadium nor its employees are not responsible for mobility devices that are lost, stolen, or left in the possession of anyone other than it’s owner.
