Single event day parking passes are available via SpotHero and must be purchased in advance.
ADA Parking, Drop-off, and Pick-up
Accessible Parking will be available for guests at Allegiant Stadium. Parking pass holders in need of accessible parking will be directed by traffic and parking staff. A state-issued ADA parking placard, sticker, or license plate does not grant access to parking lots without a verified parking pass.
Guests with disabilities who are utilizing rideshare or who otherwise need to be dropped off and picked up from the Stadium, may utilize the ADA drop-off lot located in LOT B near Gate 2. In the event that a guest requires additional accommodations regarding the ADA drop-off location, please contact our Guest Experience department at guestexperience@allegiantstadium.com.
Drop-off, Pick-up, and Rideshare
The Uber/Rideshare drop-off and pick-up zone is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the Stadium and can be accessed via the front half of LOT N on Dean Martin Drive (5285 Dean Martin Dr). Traffic will be directed southbound on Dean Martin Dr. Allegiant Stadium has also worked with Mandalay Bay and Luxor to provide additional rideshare at their resorts. These resorts can be accessed by walking over the Hacienda Avenue bridge, which will be closed to vehicular traffic before and after.
The designated general and taxi drop-off and pick-up zone is located at the corner of Diablo Dr. and Procyon St. Traffic will be directed eastbound on Diablo Dr. and northbound on Procyon Ave. There will be a walking path through Diablo Dr. leading towards Allegiant Stadium’s southwest entry. If available, a Taxi pick-up line will also be located in this zone after events.

Parent Pick-up and Drop-off Lot
Parent Pick-Up and Drop-Off will be in LOT B on the corner of Polaris Avenue and Hacienda Avenue. The entrance to LOT B is located on Polaris Avenue south of Hacienda Avenue. Drop-Off is available starting at 9:00 AM on Thursday, April 7th and Thursday, April 14th. Drop-Off is available starting at 9:00 AM on Friday, April 8th, Saturday, April 9th, Friday, April 15th, and Saturday, April 16th. Staging for pick-up in LOT B is allowed starting at 9:00 PM on Friday, April 8th, Saturday, April 9th, Friday, April 15th, and Saturday, April 16th. Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis.
Overnight Camping
Overnight camping on Allegiant Stadium property is strictly prohibited.
Bag Policy
Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” Small clutch bags, 4.5” x 6.5” x 2” can be taken into the stadium in addition to one of the approved clear bags described above.
An exception will be made for any necessary medical items, but all such items are subject to inspection prior to entry into Allegiant Stadium. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. Bag Check
Allegiant Stadium offers two (2) bag check locations. There is a $20 non-refundable charge per bag checked and payment is cashless. Debit/credit and mobile payment, such as Apple or Google Pay, are accepted forms of payment. Bag check opens at 9:00 AM and closes one (1) hour post-event. Merchandise
COVID-19 Safety Protocols
In accordance with the latest local Clark County health guidelines, BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE – LAS VEGAS will not require proof of a negative COVID test or vaccination for entry. Shows went on sale with testing and vaccination requirements in order to be best prepared in the event of stricter county health guideline implementation, however, current local mandates have held consistently and as such Event Organizers are adjusting the policy for entry. As a precaution, the Event Organizer is requiring all attendees to wear a mask that fully covers the nose and mouth inside the stadium at all times, unless actively eating or drinking.
Guest Experience & Permitted/Non-Permitted Items
PERMITTED ITEMS
- All pre-purchased merchandise items must be carried in the guests approved clear bag or checked in at an onsite bag check location
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” 12”
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags, 4.5” x 6.5” x 2”, can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags
- Binoculars (Binocular cases are not permitted inside the stadium)
- Blankets
- Breast pump and feeding supplies
- Liquid sunscreen (3.4 ounces or less)
- Medical supplies
- Small handheld TV’s and radios
- BTS Official Light sticks and batteries
- Plush toys
- Keychains
- Poster Tubes
- All on-site giveaway items will be permitted
- Banners (Banners no bigger than 3’ x 2’ will be permitted into the stadium).
All patrons and items entering Allegiant Stadium are subject to search. Refusal of this search will result in non-admittance into Allegiant Stadium. Management is not responsible for items left behind at the entries or items lost, damaged, or stolen.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Any bag larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- Clear bags less than 12” x 6” x 12” are permitted
- A purse or clutch less than 6.5” x 4.5” x 2” is permitted
- Aerosol cans, including mace, pepper spray, hair spray, etc.
- Audio or visual recording devices, including GoPro, Google Glass, etc.
- Backpacks, sling bags, and cross bags sold at the Official BTS Merchandise stands that do not meet the stadium bag policy requirements. If purchased, these items must be checked at Bag Check prior to entry into the stadium.
- Banners larger than 3’ x 2’ will not be permitted
- Tripods, monopods, GoPros, “selfie sticks,” and any professional DSLR camera or cameras with a detachable lens
- Balloons and other inflatables
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, hoverboards and segways
- Commercial audio or video recording equipment
- Drones and unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAV)
- Fireworks and missile-like objects
- Hard-sided containers, including bottles, cans, flasks, coolers and thermoses
- Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Inappropriate or offensive attire or signage, including gang insignia, obscenities, inflammatory statements and any threatening or taunting messages
- Laptops, tablets, personal computers, or two-way radios
- Laser lights, strobes, flashlights or any other visual impairment device
- Noisemakers of any kind, including air horns, bells, bullhorns, thundersticks, whistles, and vuvuzelas
- Non-service animals
- Outside food or beverages, including liquids of any kind
- Portable chairs, seat cushions, child seats, and strollers
- Projectiles, including balls and frisbees
- Sticks, poles, clubs, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or similar objects
- Umbrellas larger than 12” in length
- Weapons of any kind, including any sharp object
- Any item deemed by Allegiant Stadium management to be dangerous, inappropriate or disruptive to other guests’ enjoyment of the event

Camera Policy
Guests are welcome to use non-professional still cameras (i.e. disposable, polaroid, lenses less than 6” in length) for personal use. Tripods, monopods, GoPros, “selfie sticks,” and any professional DSLR camera or cameras with a detachable lens will NOT be permitted into Allegiant Stadium. Video cameras and video recording of events with other devices are prohibited. Recording, broadcasting, or streaming of events is also strictly prohibited.
Ticketing
Allegiant Stadium tickets are mobile only. Guests must use their phones to show their official ticket for entry. Printed and hard copy tickets will not be accepted*.
Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are accessible through the free Raiders + Allegiant Stadium Mobile App or the Ticketmaster App.

Children's Tickets
Children under 24 months do not need a ticket to enter Allegiant Stadium, if they are seated on a parent’s or guardian’s lap, and do not interfere with the sightlines of others. Children must have a ticket to receive a promotional item.
VIP
VIP ticket holders will receive an email in advance of their show day with important information regarding their package including check in times and location. All VIP package merchandise will be distributed onsite on the date of the event.
VIP ticket holders will need their digital ticket as well as the ticket purchasers ID in order to check in for your package on the day of your concert.

ADA Requests
Allegiant Stadium is committed to providing a first-class experience for all of our guests, including guests with disabilities. Allegiant Stadium is accessible by guests with disabilities and dedicated team members are available to work with you in order to provide reasonable accommodations for your visit at Allegiant Stadium. To speak with someone regarding accommodations, assistance or questions prior to your visit, please contact our Guest Experience department at guestexperience@allegiantstadium.com. During events, staff members will be available at all Guest Experience locations to assist guests as needed.
ADA Entry
All gates at Allegiant Stadium are ADA Accessible. There will be one designated lane at each gate that is reserved for guests with disabilities.
ADA Seating
ADA and wheelchair accessible seating is available throughout Allegiant Stadium as depicted in the seating chart below.
Guests requiring wheelchair seating are guaranteed the ability to purchase at least one (1) companion seat. Subject to availability, guests requiring wheelchair seating may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same row and contiguous with the wheelchair seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the wheelchair seat and adjacent companion seat will be offered. Please contact the Box Office should you have any questions or require any assistance purchasing tickets. Tickets are subject to availability.
If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an ADA seat, Guest Experience staff may be able to assist you by relocating your ticket to an ADA seat. All relocations are provided on a first-come-first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Please contact the Box Office should you have any questions or require any assistance purchasing tickets. Tickets are subject to availability.
Auxiliary Aids and Services
An ASL (American Sign Language) Interpreter will be available for Friday, April 8th, Saturday, April 9th, Friday, April 15th, and Saturday, April 16th. Guests requiring ASL services must contact the Guest Experience Hotline at guestexperience@allegiantstadium.com at least one (1) week prior to the event. Complimentary hearing amplification devices are available at the Guest Experience Headquarters located on the main concourse near section 101. Guests must present a photo ID or valid driver’s license as a security deposit. Allegiant Stadium is committed to ensuring effective communication with guests at its events.
Electric Mobility Devices
Due to safety concerns regarding the use of Segways inside Allegiant Stadium, Segways are not permitted at Allegiant Stadium. If a guest with a disability is in need of an electric mobility device, he or she is encouraged to bring his or her own electric scooter or wheelchair to the Stadium. As a courtesy, Allegiant Stadium is proud to be able to offer limited, event-day electric scooter rentals available at the Guest Experience Headquarters located in section 101 & the South Lobby Kiosk location at 123 on a first-come first-served basis. If any guest knows that he or she will need accommodation for an event at Allegiant Stadium, please contact our Guest Experience department at guestexperience@allegiantstadium.com.
Wheelchair Escort Services
Allegiant Stadium offers wheelchair escort services for guests with disabilities. A wheelchair escort is available for guests who need to use an Allegiant Stadium wheelchair for assistance to and from the gate and the guest's seating location. Escort services are not available for guests who bring their own wheelchair or other mobility device to Allegiant Stadium, as Allegiant Stadium staff are not permitted to push guests in their own personal wheelchair. In addition, the escort service is strictly limited between the gate and the guest's seat inside Allegiant Stadium. Staff is not permitted to escort guests to the restrooms, concession stands, parking lots, or other areas in or around Allegiant Stadium. To request wheelchair assistance, please contact guestexperience@allegaintstadium.com prior to the event, or visit the nearest Guest Experience location within Allegiant Stadium.
Please note, wheelchair or other mobility device storage is not available at Allegiant Stadium. Allegiant Stadium is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

For everyone’s safety, please do not throw anything (including flowers and dolls) toward the artist and stage.
Sensory Kits and Nooks
For guests with sensory processing needs, the following resources and accommodations are available.
Sensory Kits: Allegiant Stadium has partnered with KultureCity to provide sensory kits and bags for guests. Sensory bags are available for guests to check out at any of our guest experience kiosk locations inside the stadium at no cost for individuals. Sensory bags include a VIP lanyard for guest recognition, fidget tools, noise-reducing headphones, and a visual cue card. Writable weighted lap pad with markers are also available as needed.
Sensory Nooks: Allegiant Stadium has two (2) Ford Sensory Nooks available for guests with sensory processing needs. The Ford Sensory Nooks are located on the 050 level inside the Northeast and Northwest Entry lobbies. Ford Sensory Nooks provide an inclusive and comfortable space and are equipped with vibration seating and dim lighting. Service Animals
Service animals used to assist guests with disabilities are permitted in Allegiant Stadium. Due to seating arrangements at Allegiant Stadium, in the event that a service animal impedes any ingress or egress of fans, we reserve the right to relocate patrons with service animals to the nearest accessible seating area. It is encouraged that all guests who plan to bring a service animal to Allegiant Stadium contact guestexperience@allegiantstadium.com prior to the event.
Cashless Venue
Allegiant Stadium is the first venue in American pro sports to open as a cashless venue. Guests can pay for items using valid debit or credit cards, or mobile wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations within Allegiant Stadium. There are limited reverse ATMs in the stadium. Click here to learn more.
Wi-Fi
Allegiant Stadium utilizes Wi-Fi by Cox which features a state-of-the art, high-density Wi-Fi system that allows guests to quickly connect to the internet. This service, powered by Cox, is free to all guests.Connect to “Allegiant Stadium Wi-Fi by Cox” when you arrive at the stadium.
